Return and Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To process your request, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at add2homes@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Provide Evidence: Attach photos and videos clearly showing the defect or damage.
- Return Authorization: Wait for our response with further instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us as per the provided instructions.
Once we receive the item and confirm the defect or damage, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Color Variations
Please be aware that slight color variations may occur due to differences in device displays. We do not take responsibility for such variations as they are not considered defects.
